Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Lacore Team. The Account Manager is responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship. This position is not inside sales or call center driven.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Account Management or business-to-business customer service experience. Ideally within a multi-client warehousing 3PL/fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage assigned client accounts to ensure all their needs are understood and being met.

· Manage the customers’ order process and ensure orders are entered, filled, and shipped accurately and timely.

· Understand the business and financial implications of the decisions being made.

· Work with the Facility Manager and operations staff throughout the order process to identify any potential issues or concerns with customers’ orders.

· Learn and be able to work efficiently in our Warehouse Management System to ensure that customers’ inventory is managed properly.

· Communicate with customers to provide accurate account information, including the status of orders, inventory, and other routine inquiries.

· Resolve complaints and keep track of all process that pertain to the clients’ desires.

· Responsible for weekly and month-end billing and any billing-related questions from customers.

· Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand their changing needs.

· Learn and understand Standard Operating Procedures for all account-related activities

· Manage the organization and filing of all customer order and shipping documents

Requirements:

· Written and verbal communication with end users, customers, vendors and teammates, including senior management

· Applying problem solving techniques and project management methods to maintain strong client relationships

· Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information, and develop alternative solutions

· Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and meet commitments

· Proficiency in Excel and working with Excel documents

· Align work with strategic goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
